WHERE CATS ARE IN THE FIRST PLACE

Our cats are our treasure and we want the best for them.

Bosques Vikingos was the first cattery to introduce the Norwegian Forest breed in Argentina and South America, a completely new and unknown breed for this region. All our cats come from Switzerland, Sweden, Germany, France, Norway and Denmark.

Our Forests live with freedom to go around and play not only at our cattery but also at home.They share with us the music we listen to, the TV, noises of vacuum cleaner and all the comings and goings of family home

They are very sociable cats and they share their games with their brothers
and sisters and with us.

The cattery facilities consist of two open-air playgrounds and a covered area. It’s a safe cattery and it’s impossible for our cats to go out to the street and for other animals to enter here. Our cats can soak up the sun and the open air due to the safety and transparent nets that cover the open-air places.

The covered area of the cattery is adapted so as our Forests and Little Forests can enjoy their stay.It's an inside area of 40 m2 with heating where our cats are away from the cold and the rain. There are shelves, climbers and plants so as our cats can jump, run and play games, which are typical of this amazing breed.

In order to avoid difficulties, the male addult cats are separated from
each other but not confined.

I have been the owner of Bosques Vikingos since the very beginning, since it was a project and, officially, since its registration with AFA in 2003. Nothing has been given to us, nor donated, nor assigned gratuitously.The growth and recognition are the result of our wishes to improve and to raise the best pure-bred cats in the country, of the great love and respect we feel towards this breed and towards cats as a whole.
